The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in the same name or a different name — is strictly prohibited. Where 777tez identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances — including any pending withdrawal amounts — will be forfeited in their entirety without recourse.
2.3 Registration Information. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 777tez is not liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of providing inaccurate registration information, including loss of access to OTP verification messages.
2.4 Geographical Restrictions. The 777tez Platform is made available to players on the understanding that each player is solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players residing in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or use the 777tez Platform.
3.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777tez account credentials — including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes sent to your device. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances, including family members.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 777tez immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]) if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or unauthorised use of, your account. 777tez is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of a Player's account prior to the Company being notified in writing of such unauthorised use.
3.3 Account Sharing Prohibition. Player accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to use your 777tez account, access your wallet, or place wagers on your behalf. Any account found to be shared or accessed by multiple individuals may be suspended immediately pending investigation.
3.4 Two-Factor Verification. 777tez employs OTP (one-time password) two-factor verification on new device logins. Players are strongly advised to keep their registered mobile number active and accessible at all times to ensure continued access to their account.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player tier and are displayed in the account wallet section.
4.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the 777tez wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are credited within 5–15 minutes during business hours. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5–30 minutes post-KYC; bank transfers — up to 2 hours; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain confirmation times.
4.4 Personal Funds Only. Players may only deposit funds that belong to them personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, depositing funds from credit accounts, or depositing funds obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited and may constitute grounds for account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 5.2 Welcome Bonus. The 777tez Welcome Bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Only one Welcome Bonus claim is permitted per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. The Welcome Bonus is not available to players who have previously held a 777tez account under any name.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus winnings forfeited.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonus credits and associated free spins credited to a 777tez account expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus credits cannot be reinstated.
5.6 Right to Alter or Withdraw Promotions. 777tez reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including bonus offers currently active in a player's account, subject to honouring any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of withdrawal.
6.1 Game Fairness. All non-live casino games available on the 777tez Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and approved by third-party testing laboratories. 6.5 Andar Bahar Specific Rules. For Andar Bahar games available on the 777tez Platform, the standard rules of the game apply as displayed in the live dealer interface. In the event of a dealer error acknowledged by the studio, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. Side bet rules are governed by the specific side bet market rules displayed before each round.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: the event not taking place or being abandoned, the event not reaching a stage at which the relevant market has been determined, or the bet having been accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error.
7.4 Manifest Pricing Errors. If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — including errors arising from a technical fault, data feed error, or human inputting error — 777tez reserves the right to declare such a bet void. Alternatively, at 777tez's discretion, the bet may be settled at the corrected odds.
7.5 Live Betting. Live in-play bets on PSL matches and other cricket or sports events at 777tez are subject to brief delay periods to account for transmission lag. Bets placed after an event outcome has been decided but before the Platform interface has updated are considered void, regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the system.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777tez Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11.2 Technical Interruptions. 777tez does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. 777tez is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.
11.3 Internet Connectivity. 777tez is not liable for any loss arising from a player's internet connection failing during an active game session, resulting in disconnection from a live table or loss of a game round. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before engaging in live dealer games or placing sports bets.
11.4 Third-Party Content. The 777tez Platform may include games and content provided by third-party software providers. 777tez is not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or errors in third-party game content beyond the obligations imposed on those providers under their licensing agreements with 777tez.
12.1 Right to Amend. 777tez reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 12.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the 777tez Platform following notification of an amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. 12.3 Account Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their 777tez account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframes. Pending wagering requirement completion on active bonuses may delay the release of funds.
